Today I’m having a day off from the internet, relaxing in Stockholm just like the woman at the pier in Långholmen with her pet dog and a good book.

The water is the big lake Mälaren that is surrounding Stockholm and a bit beyond. To be around water always is soothing, don’t you think…?

Stockholm is known as the Northern Venice because of the all the water around the city, but it also has a lot of wonderful boat tours out in the surrounding archipelago.

Another nice Stockholm boat photo object spotted, this one a peculiar one that look like a tree is growing through it.

No, it didn’t. The tree were growing on land. It reminds me a little of a Bonsai tree…
