Big dig fig in France

Before going to France, we had never tasted fresh figs. We don’t have them naturally growing in Sweden and it’s not so common in gardens either. When we’ve been on other trips, there haven’t been any ripened figs.

After been so disappointingly forced to just pass by Claudie in the town without being able to stop and finally meet her eye to eye after 3 years of blogging together, we trusted our GPS once again, this time to lead us to Claudie and Pierre’s home…

Hasselby Allotment Garden

At Hässelby Castle there is also Hässelby Allotment Garden with 83 lots. This garden brings back childhood memories of whole gangs of kids filching fruit and vegetables from them.
My visit there this Thursday were in much more peaceful manner - only filching photos of some of the beautiful flowers over there! *giggles*
